LEATHER PATCHES
If there’s a puncture to your leather garment we can custom cut a matching color patch to fit the space.
Our technicians are experts and matching original sew lines, often times even replacing entire panels.
SEAM REPAIR
If your garment has began to separate along a seam due to repeated stress, we can repair that. We use only the highest quality Japanese bonded Nylon thread and sewing machines designed specifically for leather work.
KEPROTEC REPAIR
Tailors and shops that do not specialize in motorcycle garment repair don’t have the access or knowledge of synthetic abrasion resistant materials like Scholler’s Keprotec. We do, and we can repair Keprotec stretch panels with factory spec material.
ZIPPER REPAIR
Without a quality zipper your garment is effectively useless as a piece of protective gear. We can repair all types of zippers and keep a complete inventory of varying sizes on hand.
We use only authentic YKK brand zippers in all our replacements.
HARDWARE REPAIR
Missing a snap or a button? Have a piece of knee slider velcro loose it’s grip? We can fix it.
We keep hundreds of snaps, buttons, velcro sizes/types and a multitude of other bits and pieces on hand.
ARMOR REPAIR
Armor for all Pilot suits is on hand and available to be completely replaced or repaired depending on condition.
We have access to armor for other manufacturers as well, but on a case by case basis. Submit a quote and inquire.
